Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4.2 Program Description

LoadStar Dumpsters operates a customer service SMS program that sends booking links and related transactional information to customers who verbally request a text during an inbound phone call to our business line at 763-300-9298.

4.3 Types of Messages You May Receive

  • Booking links to complete your dumpster rental on our website
  • Follow-up messages directly related to your inquiry

All messages are transactional and are sent only in response to your inbound call.

4.4 Message Frequency

Typically 1 message per customer inquiry. Frequency may vary based on your interaction with us.

4.5 Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges come from your mobile carrier. LoadStar Dumpsters does not charge you for SMS messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message, and you will not receive any further SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, verbally opt in again during a phone call.

4.9 No Sharing of Mobile Data

No mobile information (including phone numbers, opt-in data, and consent records) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.


5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our business — such as our payment processor, website hosting provider, customer relationship management (CRM) software, phone/SMS platform (Vapi.ai), and accounting software.
