We built this company around one core belief: hauling should be simple, transparent, and actually show up when it says it will. We offer the full range — 7 to 30 yard dumpsters for residential cleanouts, remodels, roofing, landscaping, and commercial work.

No hidden fees, included tonnage, predictable pricing. Whether you’re a homeowner clearing a basement or a contractor running multiple jobs a week, LoadStar delivers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I talk to a real person when I call?
When you call LoadStar, you’re connected instantly with Megan — our AI phone agent. Megan answers anytime, helps you pick the right size for your job, walks you through pricing, and sends your booking link by text or email on the spot. No hold queues, no waiting, no getting bounced around – 24/7.
If you’d prefer to speak with a person at any point, just say so — Megan will connect you with our team right away.
What happens if my project changes after I book?
Projects shift all the time. If you need more time, a different size, or another dumpster, we adjust quickly.

You stay in control without paying for things you don’t need.
What makes LoadStar different from other dumpster rental companies?
Most competitors bundle 7–14 days of rental time and 3–4 tons of included weight into a premium price. That’s not generosity — it’s their storage costs and inflated weight buffers billed to you upfront.
We charge $399 flat. Need more time? $19.99/day. Run heavy? $75/ton. You only pay for what you use, and you know the number before we show up.
How quickly can you deliver a dumpster?
We offer fast dumpster delivery, often next-day and sometimes same-day depending on availability.

We route trucks by area, so booking earlier gives you better time windows.
How do I know what size dumpster I need?
Most people underestimate debris. We recommend size based on your project type, material, and volume so you don’t run out of space or exceed weight limits.

In most cases, going slightly larger prevents overage fees or needing a second dumpster.
